There must be a dozen authors out there who have written on balancing. Some of them have good things to say, but not all. There are a few authors who claim the following: "Do not let the opponents play at the two level."
That statement is so bad that I feel obliged to pick on it specifically. Balancing is not something you do because of a one line rule. It is something you do when you take many factors into consideration.
This book aims to show you more than generic rules. Judgement counts too.
